We use Quality machine equipment in the process of making products such as forging and more. However, our primary range of mechanical tests includes tensile durability, hardness, and impact testing. Other mechanical tests can also be done on request.
Our Non-Destructive Examination skills involve Ultrasonic and Liquid Die Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and also Positive Particle Identification (PMI). Our Quality Control Engineers are certified and also receive regular training.

Forging
Titan steel and engineering company is fully committed to forging, and also its quality as well. The above statement is proof of our forging equipment, which involves:
- 1.5 tonne and 3-tonne Drop Hammers for Closed Die Forging and,
- 1.5 tonne and 10-tonne Pneumatic and Salso team Hammers for Open Forging

Heat Tretment
Heat treatment is a necessary part of the forging process. Titan steel and engineering company’s on-site Heat Treatment machine comprises two, purpose-specific furnaces, and also several high-capacity quenching tanks. With our great efficiency, Natural Gas-fired heaters support normal thermal mapping and also calibration to confirm that heating is consistent and precise. The Heat Treatment procedures we performed include, but are not limited to Annealing, Normalizing, Quenching, Tempering, and Stress Relieving.
